With the MTR station just a short walk away, it's a breeze to explore the city. The spacious and well-equipped rooms offer a comfortable stay, complete with a large TV and a great view from the full-room window. The bathroom is clean and modern, providing a refreshing experience. The housekeeping staff ensures a tidy room, and the friendly and helpful staff are always ready to assist. The hotel's location next to a tributary of the Shing Mun river provided a lovely setting, with a promenade and park just across the road. I especially loved the adventure cycle course in the park, which would have been perfect for my kids when they were younger. the hotel's proximity to Shek Mun MTR station and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area made dining out convenient. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a spacious bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. I also enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling window and the relaxation chair with footstool. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, although I would have appreciated more choice when it came to tea. my experience at Alva Hotel By Royal was good, and I will definitely consider returning. I highly recommend this hotel and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect luxurious getaway. the room was well-appointed with exclusive amenities and had a beautiful view of the city skyline. the Japanese restaurant and bar with a pool view was a highlight, with excellent food and service.
The only minor issue we had was that the pillows were too hard for our liking. this did not detract from our overall experience at this venue.

The hotel, located in the Shatin area, was easily reachable by MTR and conveniently located near malls and nearby shops. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful reception area, a small coffee shop, and a lock-up area for clients to bring their own bikes. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Transportation to and from the hotel was easy, and parking was hassle-free.

We had a fabulous stay at Alva Hotel! Surprises, excellent service, and a great lobby. Hygiene and comfort were great. Cannot wait to visit again and enjoy all the facilities.

Great breakfast, new facilities, free bicycle lending, smart control system in room, shuttle bus service, stylish lobby design. Super comfortable beds, nice design, modern building. Water dispenser to reduce plastic waste, free bicycle rental. Helpful staff, high hygiene standards, comfortable bed, updated amenities, quiet rooms, English-speaking staff.
